The highly rewarding career encouraged him to be an entrepreneur, as a result he started his own business in the same field in the year 1998.

The zeal, the confidence, and consistent performance was all it took for Mr Girish Bhade to prove his mettle. And Shirin Engineering Services was headed to reach new heights.

Paresh Bhade

The Younger brother followed the footsteps. He too, a mechanical engineer, gained knowledge at Thermax Ltd. till Shirin Engineering Services took the grounds in the year 1998.

His experience in installation, erection and commissioning of steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, fuel tanks, chimneys, ducting, piping etc. came pretty handy for Shirin as the company was reaching out putting its stamp on various parts of country.

M. P. Nene

Mr. M. P. Nene, 55 of his age, was with M/s Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Powai, Mumbai in their Nuclear Dept. for 4 years, during this period he earned a high-quality experience of S.S./Carbon steel fabrication of Atomic Reactors, Heavy Water Project Plant and various types of condensers and distillation columns.

In 1974, with his experience at M/s Larsen & Toubro Ltd., he started his own consultancy in fabrication of structural steel & piping work. He has carried out successfully various assignments like fabrication of structural steel, piping work under third party inspection under E.I.L. and has vast experience in erection of chemical plants.

In the year 2002, he met Mr. Girish Bhade. The chemistry matched. Since then he looks after the entire workshop activities at Shirin's facility. For six years now, his 28 years' experience is the key asset to the company.

Somesh Joshi

As the company was growing day by day, someone was required to take care of service division and support for the growing number of clientele.

And there was a young aficionado of 27 Mr. Somesh Joshi on the prowl for a career that would offer the prospects for performance. With his capacity to work relentlessly round the clock and competence at delivering quality service, today Shirin can boast of more than around 50 AMC and O&M contracts in Taloja and Navi Mumbai in Maharashtra, India.
